Meet Bebot
"Bebot" is Filipino slang — a term of endearment, like calling someone babe. It's also the spirit of this truck: food made with love, parked right here in Kennewick.
Dani grew up on these recipes and brings them to the Tri-Cities with a fusion twist — lumpia smashed into burgers, adobo piled onto fries, and pancit made the way her grandmother, Lola Cora, always made it. That's her name on the menu, and her standard in the kitchen.
